Quality is the foundation of our company. From raw-material selection to final heat analysis, every batch is controlled and verified before it leaves the plant.
Control the melt, verify the result
Because we produce our own alloys, quality begins long before the lab — with the raw materials we select and the charge we prepare. Controlling the melt is how we keep chemistry tight and repeatable.
Every heat is then sampled and analysed in our in-house laboratory and certified to grade. A Certificate of Analysis travels with each consignment, so the chemistry you order is the chemistry you receive.
Checks at every stage
A consistent, documented routine applied to every batch we cast.
Raw-material checks
Incoming ore, reductants and fluxes are assessed before they enter the charge.
In-process control
The charge mix is proportioned and monitored to hold the target chemistry.
Heat analysis
Representative samples from each heat are analysed in the in-house laboratory.
Certify & clear
Material is certified to grade and only then cleared, weighed and dispatched.
Testing on every heat — not on a sample of orders
Our laboratory analyses both raw materials and finished alloys, so the grade is confirmed at source. Testing in-house means no heat waits on an outside lab, and nothing ships uncertified.
