Furnaces that let us control the grade

Our manufacturing unit runs three submerged electric-arc furnaces with a combined rated capacity of 16.1 MVA, translating to more than 21,000 MT per annum of ferro alloys.

Because we smelt our own alloys, we control the charge mix, the melt and the final chemistry — which is how we keep grades tight and repeatable, order after order.

How it's made

From raw material to certified consignment

Every batch follows the same controlled route — so what we cast is consistent and what we dispatch is verified.

Raw material intake

Manganese ore, quartz, coke and fluxes are received, weighed and checked at the yard.

Charge preparation

The burden is proportioned to the target grade before it enters the furnace.

Submerged-arc smelting

The charge is reduced and smelted in the submerged electric-arc furnaces.

Tapping & casting

Molten alloy is tapped and cast, then allowed to cool and solidify.

Crushing & sizing

The solidified alloy is crushed and screened to the required size fractions.

Sampling & lab test

Representative samples are analysed in-house and the heat is certified to grade.

Packing

Material is packed loose or into jumbo bags as the order requires.

Weighbridge & dispatch

Consignments are weighed and dispatched by road or rail to your plant.
