Who we are

Cast in our own furnaces

Astha Ferro Alloys was founded in 2021 as the ferro-alloy arm of the Astha Group — a Raipur steel house active since 1994. Every tonne we ship is made in our own furnaces and carries our name.

From our plant in the Urla Industrial Area of Raipur — well connected by road and rail to steel hubs and shipping ports across India — we supply ferro manganese and silico manganese in consistent, certified grades, to customers local and global, large and small.

What we make

Two alloys, made to grade

We focus on the two manganese alloys that do the most work in a steel melt — produced in bulk, sized to your charge, and certified before they leave the plant.

Ferro Manganese

Ferro Manganese

FeMn · High & Medium Carbon

A manganese addition that raises strength, toughness and hardenability across carbon and alloy steels while deoxidising and desulphurising the melt. Supplied in graded lumps, sized to your furnace practice.

Silico Manganese

Silico Manganese

SiMn · The workhorse alloy

A single addition that delivers both manganese and silicon — combining deoxidation and alloying in one charge. The mainstay alloy for long and flat steel, and the grade we produce in the greatest volume.
